2022 was another year of growth and stabilization for TischPDX. Highlights of our year included launching our Alumni Support Program and our Cultural Shift Project. This year we also commissioned our first Exploratory Impact Evaluation with alumni and hosted our annual Tikkun Leil Shavuot event. We saw our staff grow to three and we were able to focus time and resources on professional development and staff wellness.
